According to a statement released by MSU, the report “showed the Army had $6.5 trillion in unsupported adjustments, or spending, in fiscal 2015.” Considering the Army’s $122 billion budget, the unsupported adjustments amounted to 54 times the amount of spending that Congress had approved.
