Will Cain Reunites With His College Sweetheart, and They’re Now Parents of Two

“Marrying my wife is the best thing I ever accomplished.”

Fox News personality Will Cain may be best known for his hot takes and sharp political commentary — but off-camera, his life could be straight out of a rom-com.

The conservative commentator is happily married to his college sweetheart, Kathleen, after the two rekindled their relationship years after it first fizzled out.

“I wasn’t mature enough for her…”

The pair originally met during college, but Cain has admitted that he just wasn’t ready at the time. In a candid ESPN interview, he confessed:

“At that time, I wasn’t, um… mature enough for her. But an Olympic volleyball player was.”

Ouch.

Still, fate clearly had other plans. Five years later, both Will and Kathleen were back in Texas — older, wiser, and with a second chance at love. And this time, Cain didn’t miss the shot.

“I got her. I won,” he said, recalling how their romance was finally rekindled.

A Private Love Story

Despite being married to a high-profile TV host, Kathleen Cain keeps a very low profile. She’s rarely seen on social media and almost never appears in her husband’s posts — a move Will clearly respects.

However, she did make a rare appearance on Fox News a few years back, alongside their two sons, Charlie and West. Will admitted on-air that his family tends to be shy, but the segment gave fans a brief glimpse into his home life.

During the interview, Kathleen opened up about her husband’s softer side, saying:

“He comes off as abrasive or intense… but he’s actually a kind soul.”

Family First — Even When You’re On TV

While Will Cain is busy building his media empire, he’s not shy about sharing how much his family means to him. Though Kathleen stays offline, Will occasionally posts sweet moments with their sons — whether it’s a casual weekend or a special family event.

His followers often get a rare peek at the softer side of the sports-and-politics pundit, reminding them that off-screen, he’s just a dad trying to balance it all.

Kathleen’s Charity Work: Running for a Rare Cause

Kathleen has also made headlines for her charitable efforts. In 2014, she ran the TCS New York City Marathon to raise money for Team DEBRA, a nonprofit organization fighting Epidermolysis Bullosa, a devastating and rare skin disorder.

Will proudly supported her from the sidelines (and online), gushing over her efforts to bring attention to a disease that most people have never even heard of.

From College Crush to Forever Love

Will Cain once called marrying Kathleen “the best thing I ever accomplished” — and it’s easy to see why.

In a world where high-profile relationships often implode under the spotlight, the Cains have managed to keep their love story strong, private, and refreshingly drama-free. A second chance that turned into a lasting romance? We love to see it.
