It Took Me 67 Years to Find My Sister- My Story

The Search Begins

It was a crisp autumn morning when Judy sat in the cozy kitchen of her son’s home, her fingers trembling slightly as she sipped her tea. She glanced at the clock on the wall—3 a.m. Another sleepless night had come and gone. The persistent dreams of her long-lost sister, May, had haunted her for years, and this night was no different. It had been 67 years since they were separated, yet Judy could still see May’s face so clearly in her dreams, as if no time had passed at all.

“May…” Judy whispered to herself, as though speaking her name would bring her closer.

In the years since they were torn apart as children, Judy’s life had been a whirlwind of highs and lows. She had been adopted by a kind couple, the Adams, who had given her a home filled with love. But despite the happiness she had found with them, something was always missing. May was that missing piece. The one person who had stood by her when the world felt overwhelming.
