In an empty hospital at night, I heard footsteps approach behind me. No one was there — only a linen cart. I checked beneath it and saw old-fashioned nurse shoes… which vanished when I looked again.
Story 8:
On a hike, my dog suddenly panicked and dragged me back to camp. Moments later, a pack of wolves howled dangerously close. Staying out a bit longer could’ve ended badly.

Story 9:
As a child, I often saw a quiet man with blue eyes sitting in my room. One night he vanished, replaced by whispering voices from my closet and a terrifying presence I couldn’t see. I slept beside my mom for weeks.
Story 10:
I heard my sister crying outside our house, begging me to open the door. As I approached, my real sister walked out of her bedroom behind me.
