My Husband Invited Family Over Last Minute

One quiet Saturday, Amanda, 25, was enjoying a rare peaceful morning when her husband, Alex, suddenly informed her that his entire family would be visiting in just four hours. Handing her a to-do list filled with cleaning, shopping, and cooking tasks, he casually expected her to handle it all alone, while he relaxed on the couch. Amanda, tired of always being forced into last-minute hosting, decided this time would be different.

Instead of rushing around, Amanda calmly told Alex she would head to the store. But instead of shopping for groceries, she spent the afternoon leisurely browsing Target, enjoying a much-needed break. Hours later, when she returned, chaos awaited—half-cleaned rooms, a burnt pizza, and frazzled relatives. Alex was clearly overwhelmed trying to manage everything on his own.
