Kayleigh McEnany gives birth to her third child, immediately reveals little baby’s name

The culmination of a cupcake-pink pregnancy is a delightful arrival.

The latest member of “Team McEnany-Gilmartin”

Avery Grace, a baby girl, is the third child born to former White House press secretary and Outnumbered co-host Kayleigh McEnany and her husband, former Mets pitcher Sean Gilmartin.

McEnany shared new images of the family of five on Instagram along with the caption, “Blake and Nash love their baby sister, and we are enjoying this beautiful time in life.”

On Monday’s episode of Outnumbered, co-host Emily Compagno revealed the news to the audience, referring to Avery as “the newest member of the Outnumbered family.” A brief montage of Kayleigh and Sean holding their newborn was then shown by Fox.

Putting Faith First

As expected, McEnany used Psalm 139:13–14 to accompany the announcement.

“Because you made my innermost self… I give you thanks because I am wonderfully and fearfully made.

In March, she described the journey as “a special time for the whole family,” and this verse echoes the biblical inspiration she has shared throughout this pregnancy.

Nash & Blake: Unlocking Big-Sib Roles

  • Blake (5) has reportedly been “the most excited,” frequently rushing up to “kiss the baby” on Kayleigh’s belly.
  • Now, with cupcake crumbs and all, Nash (2) transitions from baby of the house to the proud middle child.

Their Story of Love, Play by Play

  • 2015: In her memoir For Such a Time as This, Kayleigh, who was a Harvard Law student at the time, DM’d Sean on X.
  • 2017: In front of friends, family, and a ton of baseball caps, they were married in a ceremony in Florida.
  • 2019 and 2022: Son Nash and daughter Blake arrive.
  • 2025: Avery rounds out the trio, which is an equal match for Fox’s “Outnumbered” title, which Kayleigh frequently mentions.

What Comes Next?

McEnany, 37, has told coworkers that she will “focus on life’s most important headline” for the time being and has not disclosed when she plans to return to work. Fans can anticipate her returning to the Outnumbered desk later this year, Bible verse ready, even though she may not have many quiet moments because she has three children under the age of six.

Until then, it’s night feeds, onesies, and a household that is “outnumbered” in the best possible way. Welcome, Avery Grace, and congrats on the expanding McEnany-Gilmartin family.
